Ok, thanks, Bad Habit. I thought he was going to be gone for only this past weekend.

ILoveBunnies is referring to the Vitamin K treatments we had to give to Squeak, when we found a piece of a rat poison block in her cage! 
Vitamin K anti-poison pills are made only for carnivores, so they were meat flavored. I seem to recall that we powdered 1/6 of a big pill to treat her daily. If you can disguise meat flavor in oats and molasses, you can disguise pretty much anything in oats and molasses!
I mixed it with generous amounts of crushed banana, too. She ate that, too.

I'll be back on Wednesday night really late. I'm still in Canada right now.
I haven't heard from my rabbit sitter so no idea how she's doing. Normally "no news is good news," but over the winter, I had a little buck die while I was out of town and he didn't tell me til I got home, said he didn't want to stress me out while I'm spending time with my kiddo.
So either she's fine, or she's not okay, or she's dead. I have no idea. :| I'm hoping I get home to find she's okay...since I plan to sell her, I want to make sure she's good and healthy before she goes to someone else. I don't want to earn a reputation for selling "lemons!"
What is REALLY worrying me right now is that my unemployment benefits might get cut or even terminated due to the "sequester." I worked hard for a lot of years, it is very unfair how I might get cut short. Especially since I'm trying to get through college to get a better and more in-demand career!!! I worry I might have to sell out of my Champagnes and my lone Angora if it comes to that...without income I won't be able to FEED everybunny. The Mini Rex are tiny, and I can probably sell enough paintings to feed them, but the big rabbits eat a LOT. Seems like the cost of feed keeps going up and up AND UP, too. I've been feeling terrible nauseous all morning from nerves.

Hopefully the doe is okay when you get home, and you can get everything sorted for your EI. I don't know what this "sequester" thingie is, but it sounds like a big load of manure that you might lose your benefits because of it. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.

Thanks. My kid is awesome, just sayin'. Went to a soccer game tonight...LOL that's my boy, out there...number THIRTEEN. It rained earlier so his team's white-and-champagne colored uniforms got heinously muddy. :roll: They lost three to zero, BUT the kids all did their best and what was important is that they had fun and were polite and kind to the other team. Good sportsmanship all around!

Sounds like they are great kids on those teams, Kyle, and that they are getting good coaching. Good sportsmanship and good manners are more important in the long run then winning.
