The rest are continuing to do fine. I was pretty upset about losing any of my bunz in such a way. Not knowing what the cause is. I will continue to move forward and build my rabbitry. I will just make sure to take even farther precautions when adding anything new to my rabbitry. I will not allow strangers in and will quarantine for even longer if need be. And then introduce new rabbits in pens across the way from the existing herd. Baby steps to introductions.

The first was my step sons and he lives with his mom so we have replaced it with a similar one and none of the kids are the wiser. It is one we already had so no need to quarantine or anything. The one we lost to heat was my 2 year olds bunny so he doesn't even realize his bunny is gone. So I am getting by with few tears from the kids, thank goodness.
