So I go out this morning to take care of rabbit and noticed for once the water bottle to my doe and her kits wasn't empty which is a good thing I consider. Since then I don't have to worry about them being without water in the hot parts of the morning since my morning starts more around noon due to nothing to do really. Normally I get up and take care of the rabbits and play with the kits before coming in for breakfast/lunch before taking care of my inside rabbits and checking on the baby chicks. Thankfully the baby chicks will be going outside soon for good and then they'll get put in with my morning routine of taking care of since my mom can't walk over there due to not having rubber boots or boots. Which boots are needed right now due to the past storms and the area turns into like a swamp kind of (we have many 'swamps' in the yard it seems), my boots barely work after the rain since mine aren't rubber boots fully just have rubber bits on the bottom part of the food.

After all the animals are cared for I came in to cool off and help inside the house until it was evening time and then it was out to take care of the plants and do a check on the rabbits. This night there was a nice little guest eating some of the dandelions from a spot in my yard (not a spot I pick from since mine comes from up by the house where they are bigger and don't get cut like the rest of the yard does). So I got my camera to get pictures of it, adorable little baby wild rabbit, I figure it's a baby since it's a little bit bigger than my four week olds.

Pics of the guest that showed up and the hole path to it's den/home.

Yes that is the hay field/barn lot behind my house on the other side of the fence... haven't got the right boots to be snake poof to risk going in there to get rabbit greens, so just been doing near the fence and my own yard for greens and will have lettuce and carrots in the garden, I buy plants and seeds just for my rabbits, forget about my family since the rabbits are my babies and thus I dolt on them like they are too. Other rabbit plants will be put in too as I want to grow some grape vines, blueberry, blackberry, raspberry, and pumpkins too in the garden.

he is about 4 weeks old-- still has his white spot--Cottontails are on their own at about three weeks--they are born very' precocious' when compared to our rabbits..
