Fryer Buyer in or near South Dakota?

I am located in South Central, SD. Working on slowly growing my rabbit herd, selling some breeding stock , & fryers here and there, and eating some. However I would like to eventually find a source somewhere with in reasonable distance that I could consistently sell my fryers to. The closest buyer that I am aware of is in Hector, MN which is about 350 miles one way.

Any luck with this? We are just starting for our own use now, but was thinking of expanding if there was a market around here.
