I have a NZW doe who has been sneezing a lot.
I never noticed any discharge until it started getting cold, now she has frozen white stuff on here whiskers.
i also noticed that the inside 'thumb' on both her front paws look irritated.

am i going to need to put her down? Will she be safe to eat if i do?

Certainly quarantine her. Me personally, I'd cull. But, I don't mess around with anybunny that MIGHT have pasteurella. I have too many rabbits, and I have already seen what happens when one rabbit sneezes...and then they all sneeze.
*shudders* I cull because I'd rather not lose my whole herd while waiting around for a rabbit that might show me more symptoms.

And I believe rabbits do not carry anything that's dangerous to humans if cooked properly. Plz anyone here correct me if I'm wrong!

I but her down last night.
She had pus pockets around her intestines, but that was not it!
Her reproductive organs were inlarged and full of white goop.
No wonder she would not cooperate with the bucks.
What is this?
I hope no others get it. She was one of my two does.

I also had issues with her durring the summer passing white pee (I thought) when it was really hot. Maybe this started then. I have never got her to carry a litter. She was about 10 months old.

It sounds like pasteurella to me http://www.lbah.com/word/pasteurella-rabbit/

It's scary stuff and you were right to cull her. You will want to watch your other rabbits for symptoms too.

I had a pasteurella outbreak my first year of owning rabbits. Disease is the last thing I want to deal with, so I culled every animal that looked like it MIGHT sneeze. Well, it was my most valuable animals that broke with symptoms first, so after that...it was just a matter of tallying up the losses.

In the end I just totally replaced my stock and started over. I am a LOT more careful to quarantine new stock(30 day), housing them separate, having individual feeders and water bottles that never mix, and keeping my hands clean between cages. I have had quarantined rabbits break with sneezing (no matter how much I've paid for them), making me very thankful that they are kept 60ft away from the rest and fed/watered/cleaned last.

Yep, Zass is exactly right. Sounds like pasteurellosis for sure. I would quarantine the ones closest to her for 30 days, just to be safe.

So what is the best way to disinfection?
It is cold here. One day forcasted to be 30 in the next 10 days otherwise terns and single digits.
BLEACH. 409. VINIGAR?
Will the the nasty stuff die in the cold

If it was ME, I would use 1:10 bleach solution, let it sit for a bit, rinse well and then let it sit for a week before putting any
new rabbits in it. I would also use that same stuff to wash any crocks bottles feeders mats etc.....

That's pretty much how I'd handle it too.
