male is solid dark brown.

Dark brown as in chocolate?

My first instinct is blue, but assume you would know a blue when you saw it, and it seems kind of light, but that could be the photo. Next thought is smoke pearl. That would be aa B_ cchl_ dd E_, both parents would have to carry something other than C, and carry dilute for that.

Can't be agouti based, unless the dark brown is actually an agouti/chestnut.

Has either parent produced sable or himi or rew before? What about dilute?

Sire has produced multiple REW's.

And yes, dark brown as in chocolate.

Doesn't look dark enough for siamese sable - that's usually darker than blue.

Blue is, as LilacGal said, a fancy name for grey. Is your kit the same colour as the RT bunny in the upper left corner of the site?

It looks pretty similar in color to the one at at the top. I guess I'll have to wait and see how the color hold as it grows.

I think this kit might have blue eyes, though I'm not sure. The eyes just opened today so they were kinda hazy. They *looked* blue but they were also just slits....
