extremely over due doe

My doe is 35 day's. She looks like she is going to explode. I am getting worried. I put her in with the buck she grunted and fought him. What do I do?

Put her in a cage by herself and don't take away her nest box.

Yes, she has it since day 27. She has had calcium too. I can feel knots inside her and I don't thing anything in there is alive.
