So another show is coming up on March 3 &4th and I'm going to enter of course! :p I know I have to email them my entries, but don't know what information they would need/I need to type to enter them.

This is the catalog:http://www.nwgcrc.com/77101.html

I know I want to show my Mini's both days. I have my 2 does ( One I may or may not be showing if she gives birth on Monday.) and 1 buck that I will be aquiring from our very own RT member Hendricks Hearth this Saturday :)

Do I have to email my entries all at once or can I send my entries accordingly. Will they send me the bill or do I pay it at the show?

Peach,

They'll need breed, variety, sex, class, ear number, which shows you want them enetered in and of course your info. Be sure and include a contact phone number in case they have any questions. I think that is all they need, someone may want to add anything I've forgotten.

Bill

Bill,

Thank you for that! I'm used to horse shows where you choose the classes, but for them do you just say Classes for Saturday and Sunday? Open and Mini Lop Specialty?

It looks like pre-entries (by Wednesday at 10 p.m.) are $3.50, but you can also enter after that and I believe at the show itself for a $5 entry fee. I would contact the show secretary (Her phone and email are provided under the Saturday Fee Schedule), explain you are new to this, and ask if she can email an entry form or suggest the best way to submit your entry. You will pay at the show itself when you sign in.

It looks like it is going to be a really fun show- they have lots of neat things going on. I think I might drive out just to have lunch! Yum!

So... I have to ask... are you going to let your pesky parents tag along?

Peach... Have you gone to the on line catalog ?? They usually will have a sample entry blank for the show. It will have what info is needed. Most also have , at the top, a comment "Circle which show(s) You are entering.

I usually File the cataloge to my Document folder on my computer... then i can Print off the entry page to fill it out. After i make out the entry... i Copy that and Keep a copy for myself... so i can remember just What rabbits i've entered. ( every so often 'Sometimerz' kicks in and i can't remember stuff) We usually Mail the entry with the check for entry fees... one less thing to worry about on show day.

If You enter on line then You can just put down the info You already have on the sheet. Email entries one pays at the show. However... should You enter online and Not make the show... You Still need to pay the entry fees.

Hope i got most of this answered. RR

I think that's a good idea :) I'm just so excited.....and their food vendor sounds like wonderful freaking deliciousness. It's going to be that much more when rabbits produced by me will be showing. Can't wait until that day finally comes :D....But I'm sure they will :) They made some friends with Urban Usagi Rabbitry so they will probably be little social butterflies now haha My parents got into talking about how I should sell my Honda to get an Element! It would make sense though. Can't afford a truck but that car has almost just as good gas milage and more spacious to travel with buns in

Rabbitosis enablers! Whoo-hoo! You just can't ask for better parents than that!

Peach,

It looks to me like you'll need to send three seperay entries if you're showing on both days.

One entry for all rabbits for 3 seperate shows on Saturday.

One entry for each of the Breed Specialty shows on Sunday (it looks like there will be 2 shows for each breed on Sunday)

We've never been to a 2 day show or one that had specialty shows going on also. For our first show we messed our entry up but they were great to call and we straightened everything out.

They got back to me and let me know how to enter :) I'm going to go ahead and enter the show Saturday when I get my new Buck in since I need his ear number ( they let me know they really appreciate early entries!). Do you pay the $3.50 fee for each individual class per rabbit? Or is there a separate fee?
