Three kits in a litter of 13 have ear infections. Just very poofy ears and a head tilt going on. Nobody else, including mama or rabbits in other cages have issues. They are 4 weeks. Is there anything I can do? They seem uncomfortable, and I'd like to try to help them before culling.

Can you see anything in there, like mites? If so, oil them.
If not, I know you can get hematomas in ears when animals shake their heads too much. For that, you need to cut the ear so the blood comes out, then sew several spots to flatten the ear back down. Sheep, goats, dogs can get them, if a rabbit's ear is long enough and they shake enough times, they can also get it.
I've been thinking/noticing that P can cause nestbox eye and ear issues. So that's another possibility.

We culled them. Possibly from injuries. Nothing indicating mites. Hopefully no others get it, but I will keep a close eye on them.
