Doe not having kits in nesting box

I have been having issues with this doe not having her kits in the nesting box. because of this i lost one today. Is there anything i can do to get her to start having them in there.

Move the nextbox to where she prefers her nest, try a different style of nextbox, or super stuff the entire cage with hay/straw and hope for the best.
