Doe Lost All Of Her Kits

Hi, returning member here. I had a 1st time mom loose all of her kits this morning. I do not have any other does bred or kindling any time soon. This was an accidental breeding because of an escape. Do I need to be concerned about her health if she has no kits to nurse (like mastitis)? Sorry, I have never had this happen before. Thanks in advance.

Usually you don't need to do anything, but watch her for signs of mastitis just in case. If you like, you can offer her mint, which is helpful in drying up does at weaning (so don't give mint to nursing does!)
