Do you think this is Coccidiosis? And is the meat safe?

As an update, this is what we got back from the lab. I'm going to call tomorrow to see if they can translate for me, but is anyone on here versed in whatever language this is?

To me it seems like they're saying it looks consistent with a parasite, but they didn't really find anything. Your thoughts?

I have a strong background in medical terminology but not versed in rabbit diseases. Its appears that there may have been a parasite found in the liver that moved around in the liver tissue. It looks like it died in the liver and then the compnonents of the immune system attacked it. The immune cells were found deeper into the tissue and the fibrous connective tissue formed on the exterior layers of the tissue, probably from where the nematode entered. Hope this helps.
