Do their heads get bigger and rounder as they age?

It seems some of my older rabbits have bigger and rounder heads.

Yes. Their heads can continue to fill out as they age; you can really see this well in the bulldog headed breeds, like holland lops, where their heads don't reach their full show potential until later in their life (when I did hollands, it was about 2+ years before their head stopped growing significantly )

bucks also get very pronounced jowls as they mature as well - sometimes it makes their eyes look squinty.
