Did my rabbit have a heart attack?

I had a rabbit in an outdoor hutch. It had a completely enclosed area for the rabbit (4 1/2 month old Doe) to go to. When I checked it the night before, It was fine. I had actually just given it a once over. Nothing obviously wrong with it. Over night we had a major storm roll through that hadn't shown up on my weather app when I checked it. There was enough thunder and lightening that my cat was having fits. When I went out in the morning to check on her, I found her dead laying in the open area (Covered, but open on the sides). Did she have a heart attack? What would could have happened that a seemingly healthy rabbit would just up and die?

Quite possible.
Rabbits can literally get scared to death.

So sorry you lost her.

Another possibility could be she was scared by the storm, tried to run or ump/climb the hutch walls and broke her neck.
