So, there was another post mentioning pumpkins, a few differing opinions on this or that, but as a general rule:
Do you feed your rabbits leaves and stems from curcurbit plants?
All of the following are examples of the curcurbit family:
Summer squash: zucchini, crookneck
Winter Squash: spaghetti, banana, butternut, pumpkins
Cucumbers: ground vine pickling variety
Beans: green, yellow, blue lake, bush variety.
I have in the past, and didn't notice ant ill effects. Right now my winter squash have LOTS of leaves in excess of 2 foot squared, that's alot of fresh greens to mulch in.
