Hey all!

So I've got my 2 holland does, and both carry 1 vienna gene. Both have a blue eye & a brown eye (though in dolly it's half blue too, lol). So far I've just referred to them as 'vienna marked' and while it may be true, I was wondering if there was an actual name for their colors? :bunnyhop:

This is Molly. I was also wondering if you could give a quick confirmation check? Anything terrible showing? I know she's not posed correctly but they're still pretty high strung and won't pose for long.

I'm thinking she's got a slipped crown, huh?

Her furs tipped darker.

And this is dolly.. Some sort of tort or? Also are her ears a better length than Mollys? Molly's seem long.. Dolly has more control & can still make them upright. They only lopped a month ago or so.

I'll try to get a better pic of Molly.. She won't sit still!

Thanks! :) :bunnyhop:

__________ Sun Oct 05, 2014 1:15 am __________

Here's Molly 'loafing'..

Hey. Sorry I can't help you with your questions, but I must say you your rabbits are pretty. I LOVE Molly's colour and, yes, I believe Dolly is a tort (Black or Choc I would say).

Molly is a Vienna marked dark sable point (= aa B_ cchl cchl D_ ee Vv) or a light siamese sable (= aa B_ cchl ch or cchl c D_ E_)

And I agree that Dolly is a Vienna marked black tortoiseshell (= aa B_ C_ D_ ee Vv)
