Me and a friend did a breeding with my buck and her doe.
The orange satin buck is mine, the opal VC doe is hers.

We have only 1 live kit left to continue our breeding programme.
But we are stumbled on his color.. it's not chestnut what we were expecting.
Someone suggested chestnut wideband.. or else choc agouti?

I vote for chestnut wideband.
From nockrabbits.com
Chestnut Agoutis with the wide band gene will generally have white belly under color and in some cases have so little ticking that they appear to be red.
The wide band gene widens the middle colour of the coat by covering g the ticking on the tip. In a orange rabbit, that is a non-extension chestnut, the black is severely restricted or non existent doe to the non-extension genes. In an orange rabbit that is also wideband the effect is a rabbit that looks like a self red and the belly is coloured. I believe your buck is a wide band orange and your friends doe must carry at least one as well to produce this kit, actually a very clean white belly is an indicator that a full extension agouti based rabbit is homozygous for wideband and the opal doe looks like she might be..

Buck - A_ B_ C_ D_ ee ww
Doe. - A_ B_ C_ dd E_ Ww
Kit - A_ B_ C_ Dd Ee ww

Thankyou Dood, always learn new stuff from you.

This really messes things up for me. I need this buck as my satin foundation but i don't want the wideband gene to fool around.

He is indeed rich in color but the satin fur always does that so i never figured him being a homozygous wideband (ww).
I believe his belly is white, does that still make him "ww"?

It depends, if it is just a lighter orange then it is likely he is wideband but needs more Rufus factors to enrich the red. If it is white then maybe he is not wideband but carries it.
