coat genetics of my first litter

I have as couple questions, and I'm very new to this so bare with me
I have a litter of 7 kits from this pairing of my gold tipped steel buck and my little red(?) doe and I know that kit 2 and 5 are REW

(1) What is my does color actually considered?
(2) I have my buck at A-B-CcD-Es- is that accurate?
(3) Is there anything that I can know for sure about the other kits?

1 & 4 are blacks. Likely to be hidden steels, or get some steel ticking later on (likely to be Ese, could be A_ as well instead of aa, as Ese can make even agoutis look self). 3, 6 and 7 are chestnuts, 6 definitely has some dutch or vienna markings, maybe 7 and 3 as well.

The doe I would call a dutch marked fawn or vienna marked fawn. If you know she is from dutch lines you might call it dutch marked gold as well, as they call that color gold in that breed.

Buck would be A_ B_ Cc D_ EsE. We know he has E because chestnuts are E and we know the E couldn't come from the dam

Definitely think one of the blacks is going to steel out but the other one is still solid black to the skin
