She's listed as Orange on her pedigree, but both parents are chocolate based colours(I *think* one was chocolate and the other chocolate tri, but my pedigree book is in my mom's truck, so can't double check). Ever since I got her I've been wishy washy as to if she's actually Orange or is a chocolate Tort. She has been bred once, to a blue buck, and produced a black tort, and 3 blacks.

Let me know if the photos don't work, I copied them from a FB group where I had them posted... People on my friend's list get weirded out when I post photos that only show one part of the rabbit.

Okay, so... what do I do about her being misidentified on her pedigree? Do I put her proper colour on her kits' pedigrees?

Yes.

This happens frequently and since kits are too young to test breed you can change the colour if your find an error.

She looks like a tort to me and in addition an agouti (orange) crossed to a self (black) should have produced 50% agouti and you got none

Well, no... she shouldn't have produced 50% agouti... Each kit had a 50% chance of getting the agouti gene if she were orange. Breeding my red buck to my black doe doesn't give me 50% agouti, ever. In fact, after 3 litters between 2 does, I've had one red kit produced, and the rest have been black(out of 21 kits, one has been red, the rest have been black.)
