wasn't sure what to expect... wasn't expecting 13 kits for sure.
12 born one day, the 13th born two days later.

This is the litter.

I think I have chestnut, chinchilla, black and these silvery ones which might be siamese sable???

and the three fostered.

Though usually my siamese sable start off darker than this.

Chestnut is a full colour gene and not possible from a chin and sable breeding

Some of my Siamese sables look like self chocolates as kits, some have tort markings and they turn out very light as adults

then the chestnut-looking ones should be chinchilla when they are a bit older? That's cool.

Chinchilla is one of my favourite colours. :)

that explains the lightness on those kits then.. I was thinking..why do they sorta look chocolate? So even with a different buck that doe throws siamese... cool. :)
