Up until today all of my rabbits had elm wood to chew on, from a tree my dad cut last summer. Well they used them som...bit only when they needed to. So today I replaced all the elm with maple from our front yard. I cut it this spring and had spaced it.....
They LOVE it. Every rabbit came over, sniff and instantly started to chew. I broke some up a little smaller and put them in with the blue litter, instant popularity. It was getting dark or I would have taken pictures. Grandpa has been wanting branches off his apple, think I'm going to save the bigger chunks in the barn. When the rest of the maple is gone, I'll let em try apple.
