Checkereds vs. Spots

Checkered Giants are easier to breed marking wise, but they're the more evil one.

I bred English Spots for a few years, getting a decent chain marking is HARD.
 
I agree with Devon. I had spots for a while as a kid and they are not an easy breed, IMO. There are a LOT of culls, which is bad when you're a kid and a total softy.

I find Chekered Giants to be very intriguing rabbits. Giant size, marked breed...I'm SURE there are lines out there that have great temperaments. You should look up Youth breeders from the ARBA convention and see what lines they have if you're interested in less evil temperaments.
 
Would it be borderline insanity in the barn if I took on two marked breeds, since I already have Harlies? I figured maybe the easier of the two would be best. I always found blue Checkereds to be adorable.
