Sistah, that pic is adorable! What a great capture of a moment in time!

Grumpy, I am a terrible bookworm! I would be interested in reading your book! Perhaps you could pm your website to me.

I hope you get the posting pics thing figured out. I had to have the help of my teenaged son the first few times- we fondly refer to him as "our resident IT Guy"! I am the biggest "techno peasant" ever, as Maggie says, so if I can do it, you can too!

ROFL, sistah! We must both be using the brain right now!

Well, My Dear Ladies,

I tried to share my "other-interest" on another website...They chewed me up pretty good and said several disparaging things to me. Maggie was kind enough to invite me to this website. I've only mentioned my website in the "You and Your rabbits" portion of this site.

You're welcome to take a peek: www.ekfelts.com . You can order the paperback from Amazon.com or download the novel onto Kindle. "Box of Dreams" has gotten 10 5-star reviews. It's a Historical Romance Novel set here in the midwest. Purely fiction with only one parallel to my actual life. The second will be available shortly. The "third" is still in my mind. I've gotten the storyline fairly well worked out and it won't take long to put it to paper. It should be between 80,000 to 100,000 words.

I usually average 1000-1250 words per day when I'm on a story. I'll write for several hours each early morning and edit and revise in the evenings. I've been writing for a little over 30 years.

Sorry for high-jacking this thread.....I apologize.

Grumpy.

Ooh! Available on Kindle! IT IS MINE!!! HAHAHAHA....*cough-cough* sorry, got a bit carried away...I am also a terrible bookworm....hubs calls himself a "book-widower"! LOL

WHAT? No bookreading smiley? The horror!

Let me suggest....

Grumpy-- why are your pics ON the barn roof? they should be in the camera or a file!!!!

HUH??? I'm dumber than a sackful of hair when it comes to this stuff!! My wife gave me her camera, I took the pics...She hasn't had the time to "show" me how to transfer them.

She's deep into a "job-search" right now, and I try "not" to bother her. I mentioned it again a little while ago...maybe this evening I'll have the opportunity to "learn" how to post pics. LOL!

Grumpy.

Oooh! Nasty people! I feel like the group on RT are my friends, and I want to know them better- our primary focus is rabbits of course, but there is more to life. <GASP!> I did not just say that! Did I???

As for hi-jacking threads, that seems to just happen... I know I am very bad about it. Thank heavens no-one seems to have noticed this smiley: :eek:fftopic: I am afraid it would have to be my avatar...

We don't mind thread drifts and off topic posts much in fun threads like this one. They can be a hindrance in serious threads where people need real advice.

Grumpy, I did visit your website back when you posted about it on "that other site" but I'm afraid all I had time for that day was a glance... and then I got majorly sidetracked. My book budget is non-existent at the moment... Things are really tight here. Keep at the writing... 1000 plus words a day is great progress! I need to follow your example. My novel is stuck in mid-1886 and I'm having trouble shaking it loose.

I may be overthinking this, but... is that not supposed to be a bunny? And if so, what is that next to it? Not a tail, since bunnies don't have long ones. Could it be a pair of stand-uppy ears? :?
