forgot to add MSD clear out some pantry space your going to start using that more and and more. Canning junkie here too. Just wait till you take those bones, roast them and then make stock. :chef: Next thing you know you'll have a variety of gallon sized zip lock bags in the freezer with various carcasses in them saving them to make stock. Its bad because its so darn GOOD!!!! :lol:

Also get lots of extra lids and the "Ball Complete Book Of Home Preserving" for reference.
