This is the general design ive been housing my daughters rabbit in outdoors. We use a water bottle in the summer and a heated water bowl in the winter.
In the fall we stuff the nest box full of straw and the rabbit essentially burrows into it. Which seems to be the best way to keep them warm during -35 Celsius days.
Probably a little heavy duty for most places but has been really good for here. The 8 foot cage seems to be a lot better than a 6 foot cage as well for them to actually reach a run up the ramp
