Had 2 doe have babies 10 days apart 4 and 3 kits can i rebreed the one doe and put kits in with doe 2 and let her take care of all 7. That of course wouldnt be until a month from breeding.so they would be 4.4 5.5 weeks old

IMHO 10 days is too big of an age difference

But you can breed both does now (or soon) as long as they are in good condition as they likely won't be taxed too much by feeding litters of 4 and 3 kits
 
like Dood says, they are too far apart. I only combine litters that are born with in days of each other. That's why i breed multiple does on the same day. So I can do that if I have litters of very different sizes, Like 14+ and less than 7. I expect all my does to be able to feed at least 8 kits. Many can feed 10-12.
But with your two litters, by the time you need to wean them they will be fine without nursing.
