Preventative measures... when the young start leaving the nestbox
have some alfalfa cubes available for them on a continual basis.
Your situation is a common occurrence that, by the time it's noted,
is usually far too late to help the affected rabbit.
This simple addition has reduced mortality in commercial herds
from a 10-17% loss ...down to less than 3%. It works.

Stomach full of air
Intestines dark and huge
Then some intestine small but pasty stool with super bad odor
The huge dark intestine have gas fluid and watery pellets smells sour
I did notice the buns had saliva on front paws
Also when I opened the stomach area a lump of clear gelatinous material was there
I have a couple bunnies that have fat bellies but are acting fine except seem hungry and very thirsty
I was wondering if some were over eating
Or they think they must eat more due to competition

The cecum the dark intestine, was huge full of foul smelling with liquid, gas and watery food.
The stomach was not ruptured but full of fluid gas and a gel like matter.
The small intestine had a thick pasty poo and the smell would not leave from my nose till the next day

Bloat if not related to entropathic illness or coccidia or stasis is generally I find caused by stress.
What stress?
Changes in weather patterns.
Predators.
Dirty litters.
ULTIMATELY I think it's just genetics pure and simple. A whole litter can succumb, or ONE of that same litter can thrive.
Breed it out. Don't keep rabbits from lines that get ill and die. There's no point to it.
