Brome hay?

Is brome hay alright for rabbits?
We just got some really nice looking bails for our other livestock, and I was hoping I could use it for the bunnies.

just like timothy, actually its more of a class or family

Brome is fine but tends to brown easier than other hays. The animals may not find it as appealing. It also tends to be higher fiber than many other grass hays so our local equine vet suggests including about 25% brome in a grass hay mixture.
