Broken toenail

Charlie broke his toenail mostly off, but is partially still attached.
I lost my dog/rabbit toenail clippers, so should I go get some new ones, and then snip the rest off?

Just leave it alone, no point in stressing him further or potentially making it worse.

will it pull off easy? if so just give it a quick yank. kinda like taking off a band aid. if you leave it , it could get pulled on by stuff and be more painful. i wouldn't cute the quick off. it will toughen up in a day or so
