Blue Tort?

Was just wondering if the broken kit is a possible broken blue tort? Never had a blue tort born yet so unfamiliar with the color.. always had black torts. lol

It's very "shimmery" so at first I thought sable but I can see that is a tort in the other 2 pictures and in the last he looks just like the other kit so a black tort :shrug:

Here are a few more pictures, in the shade and in the light. Yes it is very shimmery, it's sister (solid tort) is not shimmery, no idea why one would be shimmery and the other not. The broken's brown is lighter than the solid one but again torts vary. I'm assuming both are black tort, just never had a blue tort before so no idea.
