I thought Hulk was sell on his way to finishing his shed when it suddenly stopped.....so he's got a odd looking butt lol He's coming onto 4 years old this July so I figure it might have to do with his age. I added sunflower seeds to his pellets inconstantly (which may be my problem) to see if it will help with no prevail. I don't feed the sunflower seeds regularly cause I feel he might get fat though he is smart about eating his food unlike my other MLs. :pancake:

ah! you mean a molt! Had to read that three times to know what you were talking about Peach. And yes, some rabbits take forever to molt out.

I help the molt along on some of my rabbits-- a daily all over body scratch ing-- loosens the hair up!!!Supposedly, boosting pt=rotein whlps, too-- the new growth comes in faster, pushing the older hair out..

Read the first part like she is talking about a boyfriend and it is too funny. My husband suddenly stopped our shed and yes he has a funny looking butt. I have had him around going on 22 years and he has yet to get fat on sunflower seeds. .......Sorry could not help myself.
Now what to do to get him to the shed!
