Astrex?????

He is the smallest in the litter and the fur on his face is unusually curly..... Would this be astrex???? The rest of his fur is straight, but it's long, probably because he hasn't quite grown into it...

I've been on the astrex facebook group for over a year and through three litters of curly babies.
I still couldn't tell you if these rabbit have the same genes as astrex, or something else entirely going on. :?
