I am buying from this site and want to know if anyone has any of these. If you do, I'd like to know how they worked out and a picture of them if you can.

Unfortunately, they do not have the thick J Clips, so I need to buy them from Klubertanz. I think there might be one other thing I need to get from them, but w/e.

PLASTIC EDGE PROTECTORS, 60" long strips (price is for 6 pieces)-$ 6.00.
Is it really six sixty inch strips??

Floor Spreader, 24"Price-$1.75.
Really don't get the pic they have, how do they go on??

i have all of those on my cages but i bought em with the cages...some of mine font have the edge protecters and i wish they did cause u and the rabbit get scratched by the cages..it sucks.

I've just used the plastic spines that are normally used to slip onto the acetate sheet report covers. I had a lot of them that were sitting in my office supply caddy and they seem to work fine. Since I already had them I considered them FREE :)

THAT'S a good idea...never thought of that!

That's a COOL idea! I think I'll be making a trip to Office Depot this week!

I love the plastic spine idea, Caroline- isn't it great when you find a use for something that's been sitting around taking up space, but was 'too good' to throw away? I'm kind of a pack rat myself, though- and inevitably when it gets thrown out, suddenly I need it!

When I installed my J feeders, I cut the wire with an extra 1/3" or so left protruding, and then bent it down (or up) over the vertical wire so the cut edges were smooth. The same could be done on a door opening or whatever- but it is rather labor intensive, especially if you insist on precision as I do... I wanted a nice tight curl, and the wire just had to be parallell to itself to minimize snagging.

That is what they did when they made our new cages...and I have to say I like it better. The edge guards are good, but they do come off sometimes...

Wow that is a good idea! ill have to try em out for my cages that dont have the protecters already on them or replaced the ones that have been chewed. lol

Bought the 6 pack, seems as though it is cheaper and sturdier than note binders.
No idea when it all will come in. Got one set of edge protectors and 5 of the floor stabilizers.
