I have some unique looking non-bunny pets. If I had enough land and money, I'd have a bunch of large livestock too. Hopefully I don't overload the server with pictures.

Cats.......
WinMag- boy black/brown tabby Manx(no tail)
Yeti- girl silver tabby Highland Lynx(no tail, extra toes, curled ears)

Dogs.......
Kiko- girl shorthair red piebald Mini Dachshund
Leilei- girl shorthair blue/tan Mini Dachshund
Sparklzz- girl shorthair black/tan dapple piebald Mini Dachshund
Chase- boy longhair cream Mini Dachshund
Fred- girl black merle Cocker Spaniel
Flash- boy tri-color Basset Hound
Ellie- girl lemon/white Basset hound

CornSnakes.....
Lava- boy dark red
Magma- girl light red
Steam- girl blue/grey color
Quake- red(only hatching that survived from Lava x Magma)unknown sex

I dont have a current picture of the last 2 snakes.

ENJOY!!!

I NEED a "Yeti kitty"! :p

I love that first pic of the dogs eating, where Kiko is giving LeiLei the evil stinkeye. "You may come and lick the smell from the bowl when I am done dining, peon!"

That's quite a crew of critters you have there, Dove! They all look very happy and well cared for.

Now... to offset your half a dog high and two dogs long pooches, you need something leggy and tall. Like a Borzoi.

You're Dove, yet you own snakes. That's confusing to us, ya know,

VERY unique and cute cats! I want a yeti kitty too! Was she born like that, or was she abused/injured, or do you not know?

Loving the corn snakes btw. I wish I could own a snake, but I don't trust myself to keep it alive, and I don't think that the parents want a pet snake, lol. My grandma would never visit again!

Welcome to the forum :D

Dove is my middle name. It's my great-grandmothers maiden name. My name is Jennifer.

I got Yeti when she was over a year old. Her tail has been docked, but her breed can have any length or no tail. She was also declawed on all 4 feet. That was not my decision, that's how she came to me. Her owners were getting rid of her because she wouldn't stay indoors. I know it's not good for a declawed cat to be outside, but that IS where she prefers to be. I let her come in and out as she pleases and I have a hiding area for her outside if she needs it. She isn't spayed and does breed with WinMag. The kittens come out super cute. They all usually have the curled ears and extra toes, and some have the natural bob tail. I don't dock tails.

I also breed my dachshunds, and mix cocker with dachshund. I call them cock-a-weenies. I haven't bred the bassets yet, Ellie is not old enough.

My sister in law (since deceased) once visited a ranch where all of the cats had short tails. Knowing how I love Manx, she immediately asked about them. It turns out the guy docked their tails because "people liked them better that way"!

I had a fully declawed cat once who insisted on being outdoors. She would even tear through our screens to get out. She was a great climber of trees, too, and had a knockout right hook!

I would love to have some! Our longtime stud cat for my barn cats was a Manx named Fats Domino. He finally met his maker a few years ago, but we still have an occasional bob-tailed kitten. I almost bought a polydactyl kitten when he was still alive so I could have the extra toes too! :p

Ah, I see. Pretty name.

Our cat has her fronts declawed, but is still a great hunter. Loves hunting voles, but her birds have gotten fewer since being declawed. Yeti is an adorable kitty, and I'd love to see any pics of the kittens! That goes for pups too ;)

I'm not a cat person but I do love those two. And what I wouldn't give to have another basset hound. You have got a lot of cool looking critters.

Love the Basset Hounds! Had one as a kid...one of the neatest dogs. Sooo much personality! LOL

Awww. Thanks for sharing! Gorgeous animals. Never seen candid shots of a Highland Lynx, but I've heard of them. Very cool. Your tom cats looks like my friend's cat, Winnie, when she was young. :3

Nice snakes, too--love the oranges. One day I'd like some corn snakes, but there's a reptile, rodent, and insect ban in the house. I'm lucky to have an indoor/outdoor cat lol.

Also, awwww, wiener dogs! Do you use them to hunt rats? I hear they're a breed that needs a job. I've always loved them, especially the long-haired and wire-coated ones, but I hear they have back issues and, well, I'm allergic to dogs. Do yours have back issues?

And, last but not least, I had no idea cockers could come in blue merle. I am astounded. Is it an unrecognized color? That is a gorgeous dog!
