Age of mini Rex for breeding and pedigree question

My daughter is getting a 2 yr old 4-h show bunny never bred.is she to old to have babies for the first time? Also her kits will they be considered partially ped? Hummmmm

She might be a standar rex at that weight.

Technically after 3 generations they would be considered pure BUT weights must be on the pedigree and I doubt you'll get any offspring that are small enough to be considered pure mini rex.

What are your plans for the kits? Pets? Food? Fur?
 
Well my daughter is showing 4-h and Arba. So pet and show perfer. we would only show her offspring at 4-h. I think she is a very well feed spoiled rabbit. They gave me a sack of the treats that go with her lol. She may not bred as she my be to fat. Where going to put her on a diet to see if she shapes up a bit. But for a free rabbit, hutch and carrier im not complaining.
