I was given some rabbits to butcher, when I started butchering I noticed they have white spots on their livers. Is the meat safe to eat? Does anyone have any idea what causes this??? Please help.

I found a feed in my area that is put out by Bartlett, it has NO CORN at all. My rabbits have done absolutely wonderful on it, but I found it just like everyone else said..... trial and error.
