    Urgent rabbit care needed!!!

I continued the Drops/Gaterade/Belly massages every hour until 10:30 last night. I checked on him early this morning (prepared for the worst) and was greeted by a happy bunny! His stomach had gone down dramatically, but it was still a bit puffy, and his attitude was SO much better! We will...

    Urgent rabbit care needed!!!

Got the drops in him, he guzzled them down, I am guessing they are flavored. He is in a dog crate in the storage room, under the carport with a litterbox and hay(and water of course). I also syringed some Gaterade in him, as well as massaged his stomach. He stopped grinding his teeth, and I...

    Sick Buck :( Help?

Fat and happy! His bald patch is growing in very well. I think it was a just a very heavy molt from all the trama. And no more appearances from the dogs! We ended up putting his rabbit pen into our unoccupied dog pen for more protection. Thanks everyone for your imput and kind words!

    Sick Buck :( Help?

I am hoping that is all it is. It makes perfect sense. I will make sure to feed more hay to keep wool block out of the picture. I did give him about a cap full of gatorade. I probably should have given him more, but I will see what happens. Thanks so much everyone for making me feel better...

    Sick Buck :( Help?

I have never had him molt ALL of his hair though, it is growing back fast for just two days though. I think its alittle bit longer, and you cant see as much of his skin, but i am still not sure. Him being so lethargic is what really has me worried. He always greets me at the door. :(

Weeds okay for rabbits to eat???

I am pretty sure that is what we call Smilax. Evil things! We try to cut all of ours on the property down, but it is no use unless you dig up the huge tuber. Not sure if it is bunny safe or not. I hope it is!
