I don't take mine to places like public parks for many reasons, but I have a few harnesses that are just fine to use out in the yard A few of mine are trusted outside without one but I don't recommend it unless you know for sure they won't run away or hide somewhere

Your best bet with a wild one is to take them to a wildlife rehaber, or just put them back out if they're just tired

Pretty sure they meant the Kits have been in there for too long to be normally formed Anyway, it's not unusual for Does to have Kits later than 31 days and I've had a Doe have one around 3-4 days late and he was born with fur already

I've found marking Kits' tails easier than ears, but the marker still gets off after a few days
