Digital art commissions! I draw rabbits!

I adore your artwork. The soft but clean lines and detailed fur is beautiful! I would love to hire you to do bunnies on leporidae.org, but I know LL and Lep aren't the best of friends and some folks don't like the dispatching feature, wouldn't want to steal you from June anyway. So just hopping...

    Mandolin vs commercial style bodies

Commercial has a much higher meat to bone ratio. That's why the largest breeds (the Flemish Giant, Giant Chinchilla) are mandolin because they need a higher bone to meat ratio to handle that much weight. It is also the reason that even though commercial type breeds are smaller, they are better...

Help, I've got a nasty rabbit!!

You need to put something into the cage to cover her before using your hands. I've used dustpans, thermoses, and oven mitts successfully. Once something is covering her head and she can't bite, take her out and put her in a carrier.

BEW x New Zealand = Vienna marked black + white kits

Yeah, BEWto non BEW that does not carry BEW results in VC and VM. Looks like you have at least one VM in there. What's the purpose of blue eyes in meat rabbits, though? I don't understand that part really.

Why would someone tattoo a mutt?

I've seen painless tattooing done once in a while. The topical numbing agent is a great idea.If I still had rabbits, I'ddefinitely use it. =)

The last rabbit I bought had a broken tail, but the breeder insisted on holding her down and putting in a very long tattoo. I didn't refuse though because I understand other breeders have...
