Out of all my herd, I know everyone’s color! This buck I’m 99% sure is Lilac Chinchilla. But that 1% is missing. Is he lilac chinchilla?

I wouldn’t sell them if they have fleas. My only suggestion is to put Eucalyptus tree branches around they’re area the fleas don’t like the smell.
