    Orphaned kit question - Cecotrope

I've in the past run a healthy older kit in with young kits and that has done the trick quite nicely. Easier, generally, to do with a buck kit than a doe kit. So i'd run that 6 week old with the youngers.

wood stove pellets absorb all the urine and turn into dust. Excellent bedding. :) Loved it when we had guinea pigs in the house. On pine bedding it a just a daily chore and still my MIL would notice. Switching to the wood pellets she asked with surprise if we had moved them outside, and we...

you will need to provide a shaded area of some sort so he can get out of the sun. Any of those designs will work but may I suggest you build something that the whole thing isn't a lid? Litter Training

It's generally best to avoid cat litter. Clumping cat litter can be toxic to them, and if ingested can cause impaction. Clay litter tends to be safer but if your rabbits eats it.... not so good eh, and it tends to be dusty which isn't good for lungs. And crystal type litters tend to be...

    encephalitozoon cuniculi

I'm glad she's doing better. From what I've been told it's a longer treatment plan for e. cunniculi than 8 days to totally eradicate it. Watch any babies for signs of it.
