Buck didn't fall off?

If I bred 3 of my does to a couple of my bucks, and he never fell off, just stopped mating and waled away, do I assume it didn't take? He usually falls off....this was 2 days ago. Try again? Thanks!

    Frosty Holland Lop eyes

I am waiting for the pedigree to be sent, I was going to use this frosty in my agouti program. Preferably for more frosty as well as chins

__________ Mon Sep 22, 2014 10:31 pm __________

This little guy is very sweet, very cuddly and easy to work with, I really don't...

    Frosty Holland Lop eyes

Thanks for your reply Dood, can you tell me a little more about what shaded frosty means and what colors this frosty would be best to breed with? I am just learning all of this, so hard to understand! His pupils look a bit large I would say, don't know if that means anything. He has a great...

    Frosty Holland Lop eyes

Can anyone tell me what would make the blue/grey eyes of a frosty Holland lop have a red tint to her pupils? Is this a fault? She is a scanner too. Hereditary? Thanks!

    Question about sable chinchilla holland

Well, It just says sable chin on the pedigree, I do know that this buck recently sired a seal also from a different litter. Supposedly this buck sires chins but I'm not sure. Thanks for your reply though, I appreciate it!

    Question about sable chinchilla holland

I am breeding chins, squirrel, frosty, opal and chocolate chins. I don't want sable chins because I know they aren't showable. I have a chestnut doe who came from a black chin doe and a sable chin buck. If I breed her to a squirrel buck, is she likely to throw sable chins? I know she will sooner...

    Chinchilla and showable squirrels Hollands?

Can any of you who show, tell me if these are desirable colors in the show world? I love these colors and would like to breed some nice typey chins but don't know if they are in demand

Anything else I can breed to chinchilla

Thanks for the reply Dood, how can I tell the difference between a true chin and sable chin? I definitely don't want the sable chins. I think the sire of my Chestnut is a sable chin and I have been hesitant to use her

Anything else I can breed to chinchilla

I have a BEW program going on but don't want to breed the Vienna gene into my chinchillas hollands. Anything else I can breed them to? Love the squirrels and chins but can't find any in our area. I have a nice chestnut doe, but won't she throw mainly chestnuts? Thanks!

    Rare Holland colors?

Thanks for the replys, I have been watching craigslist as well as Hoobly, seems chocolates, agoutis, and bew's are far and few between. I bought a couple nice brood does and bucks., paid a lot but not expecting to make it back which is fine, I do want correct type as well as sellable colors I...

    Rare Holland colors?

How can I find out best which colors of hollands are rarer in my area, as well as which colors are more in demand? I am raising hollands and love the unusual but showable colors, I would like to breed high quality show lops as well as pet buns. I am in the midwest

Do Any cages not let urine leak out?

I just bought 5 Marichoro cages and love them because they are large and roomy with a nice resting shelf that 6 buns love, but wondered if there are any stacking cages that urine can't get out of? I may make my own grates for my plastic cages though. Thoughts? Thanks!

    Plastic Tommy Mariocho cages

Thanks for the reassurance Ckcs. I am going to go with those and stack a couple here and there! If I am going to spray down the wire stackable cages, not to much difference in cleaning the tommys

-- Tue Jun 03, 2014 6:08 am --

Thanks for the reassurance Ckcs. I am...

Newbie- opinions on easiest cages to clean

Well, my group will be in my garage, our door is always open, and in really cold weather, I will bring them inside. I worried most about the spraying bucks and urine leakage so I think I will go with the deep plastic bottom cages, I love the large openings on the top of the Tommy's big cage, I...

    Plastic Tommy Mariocho cages

I may just purchase a few more of these. I was trying to find a good stacking system for 6 rabbits where I could avoid urine leaking out of cage but sounds like the wire stickers all have some drawbacks even with urine guards. I love the high sides and shelf on my Tommy cage. I put a litter box...

    Plastic Tommy Mariocho cages

I forgot to add to my first post, has anyone ever tried to construct some type of grate to the plastic deep bottom cages? If so, how? Thanks!

Newbie- opinions on easiest cages to clean

I'm sure so many have asked this before me, but I was wondering which cages are best to house my 4 new Hollands in, as far as easy to clean and urine guards. Stacking cages preferred to save space. 2 does, 2 bucks. Thanks!
