I went out for night check a few minutes ago and found one of my 14 week old champagnes hunched in a corner with her eyes closed in the classic painful position. She was sitting in a wet spot and soaked through but didn't seem to care. Cage still had food and water and cage mates are running around dry and happy. I brought her in and toweled her off but she seems very weak. Tummy is very tight. I'm pretty confident it's stasis. When I brought her in I thought she was about to die in my arms but she's perking up a little bit. I'm giving her gentle pets on her sides. I think drying her off might have woken her up a bit. But she's still not right. What are y'alls quick emergency fixes for stasis? Its after 9 p.m. here so I can't really get a lot of things right now. I could try walmart as they are open for a few more hours. Mineral oil? Baby gas medicine? Syringed water? What should I do?

Syringed lukewarm water with or without probiotics is a good idea. Offer Leafy greens. The idea is to start hydrating.Make sure the rabbit's bum is clear. Wipe with a warm damp cloth or gently use a comb as needed being super careful. Repeat rehydration.
 
Update: rabbit was humanely dispatched. At 6 in the morning her belly was a bit softer but still big as a balloon and she had given up. I had tried every hour alternating giving baby gas medicine, water with pellets dissolved in it, gentle massaging, and encouraging movement. I could have continued but she was exhausted. These things happen but it still sucks. I opened her up after and GI tract was extremely distended and was headed towards the point of blood flow being cut off. My only theory is she may have eaten too many pellets and not drank enough water. If they're not tough they should be culled out of the herd but it's hard when you have high hopes for one.
