    Treating sore hocks?

That's a really good idea, thank you. They all have their own guards so it should be fine if I take his off.

    Treating sore hocks?

Thanks you guys! He's the worst territorial/horny sprayer I have and he will spray his urine deflectors and then back himself into them and get it all over himself. He's done this since reaching sexual maturity and has no other issues so I don't think it's a health issue. Thank you. He had a...

    Please consider this...

From my time lurking there really aren't many people who sell rabbits into the pet world here. That said, there's plenty of ways to sell rabbits as pets without contributing to shelters. I personally wouldn't sell without a contract (financial penalty for the rabbit turning up in a shelter or...

    Treating sore hocks?

I caught my little guy's sore hocks pretty early because I check everyone weekly. He makes an absolute pee mess all over himself and his cage so I assume his feet got wet and it ruined his protective fur. Does anyone have tips for treating sore hocks? He's on galvanized wire floor for rabbits...

Tips for getting hardened poop off wire?

Hello~ One of my rabbits has been bad at eating her cecotropes lately and has made a mess of the wire bottom of her cage. Does anyone have any go-to products or tricks to get the mess off? Some of it has gotten pretty hard. I've tried using a wire brush but it's not quite doing the trick.

New rabbit eating only tiny amounts of hay.

Thanks everybody for the advice. He's doing quite a bit better but not 100% yet. Acts like a fully healthy rabbit except for the poop and diet issue. I have him on a little exercise program and he poops a lot more when he's doing that. He was pretty expensive and since I don't think the problem...

Thank you. I've given him some and everything you listed except for oat milk.

New rabbit eating only tiny amounts of hay.

I'm still very new to rabbit husbandry, so maybe I'm just missing something here. I've had my 2 does since October and they do wonderfully. I just received 2 dwarf hotot bucks last Wednesday. One is doing wonderfully, eating up a storm. The other has only been eating the tiniest amount of hay...

    Shed Material Question

Hey there! I'm looking to buy a ~10ftx10ft shed to start housing more rabbits. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with the resin sheds they've been coming out with? Tuff wooden sheds are a little out of my price range at the moment, and I was looking at a steel-reinforced resin shed...

Hello! My little dwarf hotots are finally 6 months and I am trying to find out some beginner information as I prepare to get them ARBA registered. If anyone could answer any of these questions, I would greatly appreciate it. 1. To register them, do I need to sign up beforehand anywhere, contact...

    Hello from California!

Hi everyone! My name's Katie and I am just getting into raising, showing, and hopefully eventually breeding rabbits. Right now I'm mainly interested in dwarf and small breeds. I'm probably not going to get into meat rabbits until I have more space, but I have found that too many social media...
