I learned something with this. they have different mothers but same fathers, the buck was a broken agouti.

The top litter was a broken chinchilla and the bottom litter was from a solid squirrel coated doe.

If the doe is solid then there is a 50% chance the kits will be solid but if the doe is brok
If your "broken" doe is Frost, I'm fairly certain she's actually a form of Charlie caused by the booted broken pattern.

yep, the mother to the top kits was Frost. The buck was a broken agouti booted pattern, and you are right! Frosts mother was a booted broken and she was a heavy patterned Charlie. That's why most of the kits there are booted (the little panda charlie sticks out) I kept the booted chinchilla by the agouti she had 6 kits 4 weeks ago. I bred her to a solid Iron Grey and only 1 is a booted like her, at least as far as I can tell. <!-- s:) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" title="Smile" /><!-- s:) -->
