Was very fortunate the past two days.
Sold 10 junior does
Sold 15 head to restaurants.
Sold 11 head to the "snake-train."
Got my check from another processor for 33 head of fryers.
My first $800.00 2-day period.
Plus, I've got to process 10 -15 more for Tuesday's restaurant
deliveries. I received my paperwork for process exemption from the state
inspector this morning, allowing me to sell up to 1000 head directly
to the restaurants on an annual basis.
