Red Necks, White Sauce & Blue Ribbon Beer

This was dinner last night. Katibear's recipe for white rabbit enchiladas with guacamole, baked zucchini and Spanish rice. Oh, and beer of course. :lol: oops, forgot the photo!

:lol: I'm cooking that recipe tonight! ... although, white sauce deserves a good Chardonnay, so that's on our plate setting tonight.
Guacamole ~ now THAT is a perfect addition to the plate!

Although, I do love the local brewer's Honey Beer .. hummm, next time perhaps?
