...I just had to share this picture.
Seriously.. how did he squeese in there?!
Anyway.. my rablets has been out free ranging about 3 hours unsupervised today. I watched them from the window once in a while, it's pretty funny how they cautiously hop out then rush back as soon as a bird tweets or a leaf blows! And out again.. Only the rabbit in the photos above was brave enough to hop more than a few metres from the pen. He found that spot to be a great hiding spot.. there's no hole or anything, he's just hiding between the base of the house and the panels..
They didn't go far and were easy enough to round back into the pen. My dog Ceddie helped me, she was so excited but behaved perfectly. Never rushed towards them and while the brave one hopped around her she kept lying down..shaking like a leaf of excitement, but not moving otherwise And when it was time to chase the brave one home I let her do the work - she kept her distance and trotted a few metres behind him. It did of course help that he wanted to get back to the ''safe'' pen
And all back in the pen
