something to help hubby understand why the rabbits can not have ANY moldy hay even if it just a few spots

It might also help to explain just how TINY a rabbit stomach is. They're among the smallest of mammals that eat hay. When a horse eats moldy hay, it gets sick. A rabbit will die. If you think about how small an amount of mold can make YOU sick...just imagine what a rabbit would go through...particularly since a rabbit can't throw up. The nasty poison just stays in the system.
