My meat mutt doe stopped drinking and eating visibly 3 days ago. Yesterday I cleaned her bowls, gave her fresh well water, new hay. Tried calf manna,oats no luck. I had stopped to picked up some apples and fresh willow after work today. Too late.
I added some bentonite clay to the rain barrel I get their water from a few days ago to help clean it. Feed grade from Redmond, have added to their feed before but never the water. No one else shows any issues. Found her stiff a few hours ago.
Just finished a necropsy. Liver looks wrong, maybe spots in the lungs
Does this look like anything contagious to anyone? Found some hair clumps and maybe hay or wood particles in her stomache. Possible wool block? My buns have not blown their coats yet.
